Our Client a well established Engineering firm in Johannesburg is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Civil Engineer.

• 15 or more years experience in engineering consulting firm.
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B. Eng or B.Sc. Eng).
• Registrations: Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) (Non neg)

Duties

• Promoting and applying employee engagement practices and concepts, especially in relation to recognition, empowerment, supportive feedback, partnering, expectations, consideration, and trust.
• To perform all work in accordance with the Companys Quality Management System (QMS), Policies and Standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff,
