Job Description:  
Design civil services for municipal, commercial, and industrial developments 
Deliver technical designs for roads, stormwater, sewer, water services, ducting, and bulk earthworks 
Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical specifications in line with SANS standards 
Conduct site inspections and chair site meetings 
Perform contract administration and construction monitoring 
Prepare asâbuilt drawings and closeâout reports 
Engage with clients and contribute innovative, costâeffective engineering solutions 

Skills & Experience:  
Minimum 510 years experience in municipal infrastructure and building environment projects 
Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield developments 
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Designer 
Confident client communicator and problem solver
