Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure block work plastering and flooring works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor workmanship quality and productivity. Plan manpower and material requirements. Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards. Report daily progress to site engineers and project management.
Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman. Strong experience in: Block work, Plastering works, Flooring works (tiles, screed, and finishing works). Ability to supervise and manage site labor and subcontractors. Capable of reading drawings and executing work as per project requirements. Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards. Ability to coordinate with engineers and project management teams. Strong leadership and communication skills.
