CIVIL PRODUCTION MANAGER / GENERAL FOREMAN (WELLINGTON)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager or General Foreman on civil projects
• Proven experience managing teams on pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
• Strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and supervise foremen and site workers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
• Valid Code EB driver’s license
