The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control. Key responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs, assisting in project estimation, and monitoring project costs.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be proficient in tools like MS Excel and AutoCAD. Preference will be given to those with UAE construction experience.
