Civil / Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural Works)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day‑to‑day civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building construction projects and be capable of supervising manpower, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce activities.
• Ensure all civil and structural works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and foremen for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor and coordinate concrete works: reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, block work, plastering and finishing works.
