Civil Site Supervisor / Engineer (Islamabad)

The Civil Site Supervisor/Engineer will oversee and manage the on-ground execution of all civil, structural, architectural, and coordinated MEP works for the construction of a Data Center facility.

This role demands precision, strong supervision, safety awareness, and specialized understanding of Data Center–specific construction requirements, including fire-rating, raised floors, equipment rooms, and critical envelope works.

Evaluation Criteria (Performance Metrics):

• Quality of Work Execution
  • Compliance with drawings, specifications, tolerances, and QA/QC standards.
  • Minimization of rework and quality-related NCRs.
• Site Coordination & Communication
  • Effective coordination with MEP teams, subcontractors, and management.
  • Timely reporting, documentation, and clarity in delivering instructions.
