Job Description
AA Euro is currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join a leading Main Contractor delivering major rail infrastructure projects across the Birmingham area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term PAYE position with one of the UK's leading civil engineering contractors, working on large-scale infrastructure schemes within the rail sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil engineering works, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring programme milestones are achieved while maintaining strict health, safety, and quality standards.
