Job Description

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Engineering Designer or Project Engineer to join our Civil/Site Division in Rochester, NY. This role supports a national retail program team, primarily focused on store remodels, expansions, parking lot reconstructions, and site improvement projects for a major national retailer.

The position will collaborate with program managers, clients, architects, MEP engineers, and municipalities on site due diligence, conceptual planning, ADA and parking improvements, grading and drainage, stormwater management, utility coordination, and permitting.

While the primary focus is national retail program work, this role may also support local land development projects, providing exposure to both high-volume programs and traditional development work.
