Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II (Resident Technical Officer)

We’re looking for a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II (Resident Technical Officer) to join our Singapore team.

This role involves providing civil engineering services to Worley and its customers, offering technical support and supervision within the civil team, and assisting with LTA projects.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.
• Ensure that contractors and subcontractors comply with LTA’s PPE requirements and safety checklists are followed.
• Report incidents, including near-misses, to the SRE/RE.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance with plans, drawings, statements of work, risk assessments, and specifications.
• Report non‑compliance to the RE and QPS.
• Reject poor quality work and inform the RE to raise a non‑conformance notice.
