AM or SO :

- Responsible for the large and complex liability, property and engineering insurance claims

- Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initivitates

- Responsibe for orgranizing customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint materials

- Provide data analytics for Commerical portofolios

- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks

- Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.

- Compliance with customer protocols / service charter
