Job Summary

Responsible for the large and complex Financial Lines and Cyber claims portfolio

Deliver an effective, efficient customer centric claims service in a manner which supports the Purpose, Values and Strategy of Zurich
Job Accountabilities
Proactively and promptly handle Financial Lines and Cyber claims

Handle claims within the Zurich Multi-National program

Collaborate with external legal panel and supply partners

Collaborate with the Regional and Group Claims teams 

Monitor portfolio performance and ensure proper and timely reserving

Engage, build and manage internal and external stakeholder and broker relationships and organize regular meetings

Prepare management or broker reports, presentations and data analytics
