Responsibilities Process service, warranty, excess, tyre, and related claims payments accurately and in line with approved authorisations and SOPs Capture, submit, and release payments on the claims management system within agreed turnaround times Ensure payments are made to correct approved creditors using authorized methods Verify documentation compliance before payment and escalate discrepancies or exceptions Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date claim records in the system Record all payments accurately in tracking tools and reports C...
