Overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze auto express claims, adjust reserves, issue payments (to vendors, third parties and/or insureds, etc.).
• Perform analysis under segmentation rules and claims procedures.
• Identify fraud indicators and refer those claims to investigation.
• Manage reservations and payments.
• Manage deductibles and recoveries in the on-site adjuster process.

• Utilize acceptable investigation, claims handling and settlement techniques to achieve cost-effective and timely closure by obtaining, reviewing and analyzing documentation, policy provisions and other records.
