Job Location: Polar Speed UPS, Unit 8 DG Units, Cofton Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8QW
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,732 P/A based on 40 hours, £16.22 per hour Monday to Friday, optional overtime on weekends and bank holidays £24.33 per hour.
Job Purpose And Key Responsibilities
- Managing the scanning of packages or pallets to your delivery vehicle
- Ensuring the safe and secure loading of all consignments to your vehicle using the appropriate equipment
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Ensuring the vehicle is always kept at the correct temperature
- Conducting vehicle safety checks as outlined in the documentation provided, including the refrigeration unit on the vehicle
- Maintaining the cleanliness of both the cab and chambers
