POSITION: Classroom Paraeducator - 2026-2027 School Year Talent Pool
REPORTS TO: Principal 
LOCATIONS: 
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Provides various forms of instructional assistance and support to the teachers. 
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist students, under the direction of the teacher, with drill type assignments, the make-up of work missed due to absences, listening to oral reading, storytelling or reading to class, and doing reference research assignments
Supervise large group work to enable teachers to work with smaller groups or individuals
Assist in study hall, field trips, and recess supervision of children
Assist in producing, collecting, inventorying, and storing instructional materials
Assist in accounting for money to be collected for field trips, etc.
Assist in maintaining school attendance records
