Classroom Support Assistant – Primary School (Colchester) | Full-Time | September Start
Are you passionate about supporting children and making a real difference every day?
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Classroom Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Colchester, supporting a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning
- Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support strategies
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
