Ā£27,202 per annum (pro rata), equivalent to approximately Ā£14,508 per annum for 20 hours per week
Pareto FM is seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead a site-based cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.
You will supervise daily operations, support team development, and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and client representatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people while also supporting operational cleaning duties when required.
A key part of the role is maintaining high standards, improving service quality, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and stakeholders.
