Job Description
Cleaning Operations Management Supervise daily cleaning operations across all four (4) office levels to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained. Plan and deploy cleaning manpower according to cleaning schedules and operational requirements. Ensure proper cleaning of offices, pantries, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Quality Control & Inspection Monitor cleaning standards and overall service quality of the cleaning team. Conduct regular site inspections and spot checks to ensure cleaning works are carried out properly. Ensure cleaners follow proper cleaning methods, procedures, and service standards.
Equipment & Chemical Management Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment. Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables and report replenishment needs.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution Handle cleaning-related feedback, complaints, or service requests from building occupants or management. Ensure prompt rectification of cleaning i...
