Clearances & Seals Technical Leader for Steam Turbine Engineering

**Job Description Summary**
The Clearance & Seals Technical Leader within the Steam Turbine Engineering team has the full design lifecycle ownership for the clearance calculation / methodology and seal component technology. Design axial & radial clearances and sealing technologies between stationary & rotating ST components. This is a critical role demonstrating ownership, accountability, and implementing LEAN to achieve continuous improvement and improved customer outcomes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Embrace and demonstrate (lead by example) GE Vernova Way within the framework of S-Q-D-C.
+ EHS/Safety skillset in support of design, manufacturing, and field activities, i.e. lifting and transportation.
+ Lead clearance & seal component engineers allocated across NPI, new unit, and service requisitions value stream teams in execution of NPI, OTR, and RTS activities.
