Cleared On Site Mid-Level Business Analyst (5355)

SMX is seeking a highly motivated **Business Analyst** – Mid to support a mission-critical federal program in Washington, DC. This individual will work directly with government stakeholders, mission users, product owners, and technical teams to capture, analyze, and document business requirements that support enterprise modernization, mission operations, and technology transformation initiatives. The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring mission needs are accurately translated into actionable requirements and delivered solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience supporting Agile development teams, business process improvement efforts, and complex federal IT environments. This position will be on site in Washington DC and requires an active **Top-Secret SCI** clearance.
