Clerk - Offsite Warehouse

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk – Offsite Warehouse to join the resort’s warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
• Do routine audits of temperature control zones and report any irregularities.
• Conduct expiry date check periodically as per the set schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of all dispatches as per received requisitions.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using BirchStreet system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Compile, verify, and reconcile warehouse data, including stock movements and adjustments.
