Client Account Support Senior Analyst, U-500 - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

The U500 Implementation team is hiring _several_ **Client Account Support Senior Analysts** (Implementation Managers). You’ll be responsible for end-to-end client onboarding from sale through go-live, managing the full implementation lifecycle. You’ll leverage cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate system setup across benefits, eligibility, ID cards, and billing while partnering with internal teams, clients, and brokers.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select Segment book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
+ Lead cross-functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration
+ Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to gather required documentation and present implementation plans for new and renewing business
