Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a team environment
• Manage assigned renewals
• Perform coverage reviews
• Process policy documents
• Speak with clients and underwriters
• Produce pink cards and insurance certificates
• Report claims and file documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry
• Strong working knowledge of small commercial insurance products
• Alberta Level1 license, with a desire to obtain Level2 in the near future
• CIP designation, or working toward it, is an asset
