As a Personal Insurance Associate, you will help protect individuals’ most valuable assets by providing outstanding client service and educating them on personal insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs for habitational, travel, and automobile coverage.
• Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects.
• Process renewals and ensure policies are issued accurately and on time.
• Achieve sales and retention goals and targets.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education.

Qualifications

• 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
