Client Care Specialist

Kelly is hiring! We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Client Care & Warranty Specialist.

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their customer service and client warranty needs.

What You’ll Do: Answering client calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Helping with quotes, orders, pricing questions, lead times, tracking, and product inquiries Handling billing questions, invoice issues, and accounts receivable follow-up Receiving and processing warranty claims with urgency and accuracy Reviewing returned products and coordinating with internal teams on next steps Helping troubleshoot issues and guide clients toward solutions Managing admin details accurately while still delivering a high-level client experience Learning products, systems, and processes so you can become increasingly capable and confident Using notes, SOPs, examples, and judgment, not scripts, to do the job well...
