Client Delivery Analyst (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Support Client Delivery by handling operational tasks related to onboarding new firms onto the CAIS platform.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) and provide timely onboarding updates.
• Assist in improving, documenting, and streamlining onboarding processes, including workflow automation with the Technology team.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure onboarding performance and timeliness.
• Support Client Delivery and Operations team OKRs and objectives.
• Ensure timely submission of onboarding reports and required documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
