Client Development Manager, ION Flagship

Responsibilities include:

• As the Client Development Manager for the Flagship, your missions are two-fold (1) craft the client development strategy , and (2) be the client experience bridge between the store levels.
• You will be responsible for Client Development, Retail Programs, and High Jewelry in ION.
• You will be in charge of the in-store Clienteling Tools and Data.
• You will also be responsible for Client Experience, Events, and Activations.
• Develop and evolve the client contact strategy focused on personalized outreach appointments, and client planning within the Flagship experience as a focal point.
• Partner with the external partners and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards across both environments.
