Client Engagement Lead- MSP (Day Shift)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs, VMS portals, and contingent workforce hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple MSP clients. Key Responsibilities Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS programs. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical positions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Submit qualified candidates within client SLA timelines.
