This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role where you’ll act as the bridge between Sales, Talent, Pricing, and Clients—ensuring every new partnership becomes a fully activated success.
What you’ll do:
- Own the client activation journey from opportunity handoff to first successful hire
- Ensure client readiness, engagement, and responsiveness throughout the process
- Identify and remove blockers that delay hiring activation
- Leverage existing talent pools (CEIPAL) to match and validate candidates
- Lead shortlist presentations and align clients with market realities
- Act as the main client-facing point during activation, driving momentum
