We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Client Experience Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with ZoChord from onboarding to post-implementation support. Requirements Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations. Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services.
