The ideal Client Onboarding Specialist at Blink is someone who has: Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline with a focus on client-facing roles
Basic understanding of onboarding processes, client lifecycle, and customer success practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain product features and workflows in a clear and simple manner
Good organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Confidence in handling client interactions professionally
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic system configurations is a plus
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently
