**Job Summary**:
As a **Client Onboarding Specialist**, you will be a crucial part of our new team focused on welcoming new clients.
This role involves conducting welcome and compliance calls to ensure all customer details and agreements are verified accurately.
You will support new customers by answering their questions, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
