Job Title: Client Operations & Support Manager
Location: Gurugram
Note: Hybrid (3 days to office)
We are looking for an experienced Client Operations & Support Manager to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and drive operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Own client support requests and manage escalations end-to-end Ensure timely resolution, proper routing, and compliance for all cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently Monitor workflows and drive accurate, timely closures Share operational metrics, reports, and performance insights Communicate clearly with clients and support reviews/meetings Track commitments and ensure on-time delivery Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements Maintain documentation and support operational best practicesWhat We're Looking For
