Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Dubai.
As a Client Relationship Manager you will act as a liaison between clients internal teams and vendors ensuring quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage projects independently support teammates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization in different locations.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with designated clients managing individual projects to completion and following up on correspondence.
- Develop an understanding of client businesses through research and prepare peer benchmarking studies for client and team use.
