Client Service Representative - $21.50/h - Remote (Mississauga)

Overview

We at the Junkluggers are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while preserving the environment. As a Universal Call Center Representative, you will help customers understand our service and schedule appointments.

Compensation

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour, minus $2.00 Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee per hour.

Schedule

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Flexibility: schedule between Monday - Friday: 7:30am – 11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm), Saturday: 7:30am – 8pm (peak 7am‑8pm), Sunday: 9am – 8pm (peak 11am‑3pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer assistance, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Handle customer interactions through phone, email, text, and other channels.
