Job Description
Responsibilities Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up activities. Maintain committee membership records, appointment tracking systems, and related documentation. Assist with survey administration activities and support quality assurance processes as directed. Support implementation of maternal health initiatives addressing social determinants of health, including housing-related programs for pregnant and postpartum women. Maintain participant, referral, voucher, and program tracking systems as applicable. Coordinate communications among healthcare providers, managed care organizations, community organizations, housing partners, state agencies, and other stakeholders.
