Client Service Specialist - New Business Recruitment Agency

Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements

• Must have 3–5 years’ proven sales experience (non-negotiable)
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be confident, energetic, and target-driven
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• Recruitment industry experience is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure new clients
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and build strong relationships
• Present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients
• Drive new business development and grow the client base
