Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Handle customer requests via phone, chat, and email across cash management, ACH, and commercial card services
  • Research issues, provide solutions, and educate clients on products and services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical, system, and procedural issues; escalate when needed
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and prevent recurrence
  • Maintain service quality standards and proactively communicate risks or challenges
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer service/call center experience (banking preferred)
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and tools
