We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Executive with strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting to provide end-to-end client support. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, troubleshoot and resolve support tickets efficiently, communicate professionally with clients, and deliver accurate and timely solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting concepts such as GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
