About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support Officer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a busy, fast-paced role best suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume call environment and genuinely enjoys being the person people can rely on.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders, managing a large volume of inbound calls and enquiries each day. From assisting with scheduling queries to handling urgent changes and problem-solving in real time, no two days will be the same.
