Job Description

To deliver a high standard of food & beverage services and ensure customer satisfaction ratings are high at all times. You must always maintain client-focused service, politeness, and professionalism. 
Service 
To deliver waiting service during service hours professionally and pleasantly, ensuring excellent client service at all times.

To provide food and beverage services to meeting rooms and the restaurant, cleaning and replenishing as necessary.

Follow duties and daily plans as outlined and as stated on the rota.

Ensure all catering areas are left clean and tidy, signing off relevant duties on the appropriate cleaning schedules.

To assist with washing up in the food services area and ensure catering equipment is kept clean and tidy, adhering to Health & Safety standards.
