Clientside Property Manager – York

Job Summary

Exceptional new position available for a Property Estate Manager with both Commercial & Residential experience, to join and manage a unique property portfolio all based around the York region.

The role requires someone proficient in managing residential properties, industrial units and offices. Being invovled in tasks such as;

Managing tenancies

Marketing of void premises (arranging viewings/heads of terms)

New tenant on-boarding, (incl inventories, reading meters, tenant obligations etc)

Managing repairs and maintenance

Overseeing relevant insurances

The post requires exceptional communication skill and the ability build relationships with a variety of colleagues, external professionals and tenants.

Applicant could hold qualifications such as MRICS/MNAEA/MARLA and although beneficial, these are not essential.
