Clinic Assistant (Full-Time) - HOUGANG

The successful candidate will undergo training at our current clinic for the first 3-6 months. After the training period, you will be deployed to our Hougang clinic.

• Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients’ appointments including sending reminders
• Answering phone/SMS and email queries promptly
• Handle payments and prepare submissions of TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations.
• Preparing patients’ medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
• Assist in performing simple in clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser treatments (training will be provided)
• Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties
• Handle 1st level patients’ complaints
• Maintain and update all patients’ records and in accordance to standard guidelines
