Job Description
- Assist to register patients under the different categories of private, CHAS, Medisave, or insurance patients
- Assist the doctors in procedures such as ECG, surgical procedures, and health examinations
- Assist to pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications
- Assist to collect payment or submit claims for CHAS/Medisave/insurance patients
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Clean, organize, and replenish items such as alcohol swabs, plasters, syringes, gloves, etc. in the doctor's room. Ensure equipment is working properly
- Able to check and reply to emails promptly
- Assist in administrative work such as keying of invoices, checking of mailboxes, and claims
- Housekeeping to ensure the clinic is neat and tidy. Replenish items when running low
