- Oversee and support frontline operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and cashiering duties when required.
- Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries, and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of patient service.
- Provide guidance and support to Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
- Perform chaperone duties and assist in explaining medical procedures to patients when necessary.
- Support doctors in language translation when required to facilitate effective communication with patients.
- Ensure accurate and well‐organised patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage drug inventory, including stock checks, ordering coordination, and ensuring proper storage and documentation.
