Job Description
Clinic Assistant up 3 K, (5.5 Days Office Hours, Orchard) #HCT
- Counter duties such as registration, manage payments, promotion of packages, etc.
- Assist clinic manager with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
- Assist patients with the booking of their appointments and health screening.
- Generate and tabulate data and administrative work.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Preferably with relevant working experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
