This Clinic Coordinator position is ideal for someone who combines strong front desk coordination skills with a patient-focused approach and the ability to keep daily clinic operations organized. Working closely with the provider and clinical staff, this person will help create a smooth experience for patients while ensuring administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient visits by arranging new appointments, return visits, and procedure-related scheduling while helping maintain an efficient daily flow.
