Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring alignment with service standards and operational requirements.
- Manage clinical workflow to enhance the quality of patient care.
- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
- Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ordering of Medications, consumables
- Conducts regular inventory checks, Manage stock levels, place order as needed.
- Submit government and insurance claims
- Maintain overall facility management of the clinic, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with 2-4 years of clinic operation
- Prior experience working in a in GP clinic is a must. Experience in new GP clinic set up will be a plus.
