The Medical City Clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager for SM Sta. Mesa. This role oversees the day-to-day management of a clinic ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget
• Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems
• Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction
• Aligns the business on the latest regulatory requirements and national/local public health protocols
• Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of any health allied course, with valid PRC license
• Preferably at least five (5) years work experience in supervisory/managerial level....
